Hey everyone! 🌟
The holidays are here, and you can practically smell the magic in the air—chocolate melting, festive spices, and that cozy feeling of winter. And honestly, what are the holidays without Gingerbread Men? My chocolate mold was shaped just like one, because let’s face it—winter isn’t really winter without them!
This year, I decided to try something new and made Dubai Chocolate, a delicious mix of kadaif noodles, pistachio cream, and rich chocolate. Of course, no adventure in my kitchen is complete without a few funny moments, so let me tell you about the little accident with my Ginger Man. But first, here’s the recipe!
Dubai Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:
• Chocolate (dark, milk, or white—your choice!)
• Kadaif noodles
• Butter
• Pistachio cream
Steps:
1. First chocolate layer:
Melt the chocolate and pour a thin layer into the mold. Pop it into the fridge to set.
2. Crunchy kadaif layer:
Fry the kadaif noodles in butter until golden brown. I got carried away here—I used a massive pan and added way too many noodles. The result? My chocolate ended up more like a cake than a bar, but hey, it was still delicious!
3. Pistachio cream layer:
Spread pistachio cream over the chocolate. Adjust the amount based on your taste—more cream for a rich flavor, or more noodles for extra crunch.
4. Final chocolate layer:
Pour another layer of melted chocolate on top and chill in the fridge until firm.
5. Carefully remove from the mold and enjoy!
The Ginger Man Drama
Now, about my Ginger Man… Let’s just say he had a rough day! When I first took him out of the mold, he fell apart. I managed to piece him back together just long enough to film a quick video—thankfully, you can’t see the cracks in the footage. But after that, he fell apart even more. RIP, Ginger Man, you were a trooper!

Pro Tips for Chocolate Lovers:
• Prefer a bold chocolate flavor? Use a higher percentage of cocoa.
• Love creamy and sweet? White chocolate is a great choice.
• Get creative with toppings—add pistachios, edible glitter, or a sprinkle of cocoa powder for that extra festive touch.
The holidays are all about fun and laughter, and my Ginger Man, even in pieces, brought plenty of both. Wishing you all the sweetest holiday season and a Happy New Year! đź’–
